As all our participants have returned to school, read below for a look back at our recent fun-filled summer programming!

Summer Academy Successes

Our Summer Academy welcomed 200 participants for intensive lacrosse, team building, and academic support through algebra-readiness tutoring and book clubs. We know our hard work from the summer will pay off on the field and in the classroom this fall.

Adirondack Camp

Adirondack Camp once again stole the show for summer programming! We returned to Camp Echo Lake where our participants enjoyed experiences not readily available in the Bronx. Highlights included the lake obstacle course, pool volleyball, boating, and the ropes course. As always, our participants enjoyed eating smores at the campfire and showing off their talents in our annual camp talent show. We can’t wait to return next summer!

Bronx Lacrosse x Premier Lacrosse League

To celebrate the academic and athletic successes of the school year, our participants attended the June PLL games at Hofstra University. Our participants had the opportunity to watch the sport being played at the highest level and even got to meet some of their favorite stars after the game.

NYC ULAX League

Bronx Lacrosse high school boys participated in the ULAX summer league. This offered our boys the opportunity to keep sticks in their hands between seasons and compete against some of New York City’s top talent. The boys experienced great success in the league and made it to the league championship!

New Staff

We're excited to welcome our new Director of Lacrosse, Dwayne Stewart. Previously the founding head coach at SUNY New Paltz, Dwayne brings a wealth of experience in lacrosse coaching and mentoring. In addition, we welcomed two new Program Directors: Ethan Frieder and Cole Drozjock. Their passion for the sport of lacrosse and youth development, will greatly benefit our team!
